Frequently Asked Questions
1. What do I get after subscribing to this service?
Astro Flow is your personalized space for real-time, live tarot readings, so you can get intuitive guidance exactly when you need it. With your membership, you'll also unlock daily horoscopes and a growing set of reflection tools, but live tarot is at the heart of your experience. Everything works seamlessly on modern devices, with simple account controls and cancel-anytime flexibility.
2. How does billing work?
Plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). If a free trial is offered, you'll see the trial length and first charge date at signup and can cancel before it ends to avoid charges. Every charge comes with an emailed receipt. Your renewal date is shown at signup and on receipts, if you need confirmation, just reach out to support.
3. How do I cancel and what happens to my access?
If you subscribed on our site, you can cancel from your account dashboard (if available) or contact support and we'll assist you. If you subscribed via Apple, Google, or PayPal, cancellation is handled through that provider. You'll keep access, including live tarot sessions, until the end of your current paid period, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
4. I don't recognize a charge / need a refund. What should I do?
Your statement may show "ASTRO-FLOW.NET" (support: +1-855-772-8018). First, check whether a family member used your card and search your email for receipts. For help or a refund review (e.g., duplicate, unauthorized, or technical issues), email
